The room offered big windows and good lighting. Staff members provided special care and attention to every detail of our stay. I received holiday gifts for my kids. The staff was fabulous in their assistance.
I found the water pressure in the bathroom to be quite poor. The resolution involved running the cold tap to improve the pressure. This resulted in having to take cold showers for a couple of days.
